Integrated Systems

CCTV, access and intruder detection systems can be integrated to operate together seamlessly, providing a total security solution for any environment. These systems are largely PC-controlled with full remote access capabilities allowing system control, software upgrades, maintenance and system diagnostics.

From either on site or remote locations, single or multiple-site systems can be controlled and monitored, allowing operation of CCTV, access control and intruder alert systems, barriers, intercoms and other specific functions.

Our systems can be fully integrated to enable triggers from either access, intruder or other systems to operate CCTV camera pre-sets and recording quality in the event of an external input.

Remote Access and Monitoring

Our security systems, especially integrated systems, benefit enormously from the ability to remotely access your system to allow for systems operation, diagnostics, programming alterations and to signal remotely in the event of an incident via SMS, telephone and email.

Solus Systems can incorporate remote control/signalling from multiple sites tailored to your precise needs. All required software installation, set up, and training can be carried out at your premises.

Unmanned sites can be protected with remote monitoring from either a central station or another of your own sites. These systems operate when external or internal detection is activated, alerting your remote operator/security staff who can view camera images and other system events, and respond quickly and accordingly. Audio speakers placed around your site allow for warnings to be broadcast to any potential intruder. Lighting, intruder alarm systems, intercoms, doors, barriers and gates can also be controlled remotely.

This can greatly reduce the number of sites requiring a manned presence, thereby reducing staffing costs.

A key benefit of these systems is allowing for incident verification, reducing time wasting if the activation requires no further response.
